Kimberly is considered a subject matter expert in ADA and has significant focus on FMLA and ADA program development and oversight. As a highly sought-after consultant, Kimberly provides educational and entertaining scenario-based training for new supervisors, experienced managers and human resource departments.
During her corporate career, Kimberly has had the pleasure of providing services to Fortune 100 clients. While working for one of the Fortune 100 companies, Kimberly developed and implemented an in-house ADA program, thus saving the company more than $20 million dollars. In addition to developing an in-house ADA program, Kimberly was instrumental in creating standard communications as well as developing an Accommodation Review Committee for the entire company. Later, Kimberly worked for the largest global third-party administrator servicing compliance needs for Fortune 100 companies and setting ADA best practices. Kimberly’s years of experience and education have afforded her with a vast amount of knowledge and expertise.
